Mellower For Charity
MORE than 10 years ago, at the height of their fame, Oasis nearly caused a riot when they walked off stage at Glasgow's SECC after someone threw a vodka bottle.
Back again at the same venue last night for the first of a two-gig residency, it was a mellower Oasis.
The only one getting it in the neck was Lorraine Kelly. Liam Gallagher dedicated Cigarettes & Alcohol to the homelessness projects. Tickets for the November 7 show cost Û20.
Included in the price is a free beer, compliments of Whole Foods Bowery, the official beer sponsor of Live From Home.
No doubt, Fran's US fans will be Singing in the streets afterwards
