Created by Liam Gallagher, and given out to guests at the Pretty Green launch party in London last month.
The Pretty Green Cocktail
Ingredients:
25ml of Patron Tequila, 15ml of Patron Citronge, 15ml of lime juice, dash of Angostura bitters, pinch of freshly grated ginger, 2 teaspoons of agave honey and lime zest to garnish.
Method:
In a mixing glass, muddle the lime juice with the grated ginger; add the remaining ingredients, fill with ice and strain into a chilled coupette.
Garnish with fresh zest.
