Liam Gallagher On Oasis Return

Liam Gallagher has opened up about the possibility of an Oasis reunion, suggesting it's down to his estranged brother and former bandmate, Noel.

Asked by Radio X's Johnny Vaughan who would have to die to get Oasis back together, he replied: "This is a serious question and i’m not bringing the mood down.

"Our kid's  going around like i’ve stabbed his fucking cat. He wants to be in a solo band."

Talking about his recent exploits on social media, the Wonderwall singer added: "If people think me having a dig on Twitter is what’s stopping the band getting back together, they’re mad.

"If they want the band to get back together they’ll have to ask our kid. It’s down to our kid."

The former Oasis singer was speaking with Johnny Vaughan at Radio X’s Evening In Conversation With, which took place tonight (Sunday 16 October) Manchester’s Etihad Stadium.

The event, which sold out in minutes, helped raise thousands of pounds for Global’s Make Some Noise , which helps youngsters and their families across the UK living with illness, disability or lack of opportunity.

Global’s Make Some Noise was created by Global in 2014 to give a voice to charities that struggle to get heard. The national grant-giving charity supports projects that help disadvantaged youngsters by raising money and crucially giving them a platform to tell their story to millions of people.
